Erin Sanders O’Leary was named UCLA’s inaugural vice provost for teaching and learning in spring 2023 and began the new role on August 16. The UCLA alumna and former UCLA faculty member served as the executive director of the Center for the Advancement of Teaching Excellence at the University of Illinois Chicago before her return to UCLA.
