Denise is an Assessment and Evaluation Assistant for the Teaching and Learning Center. She emphasizes on qualitative assessment and evaluation methodology.
Denise has worked on multiple case study projects that evaluate STEMM Initiatives. Through qualitative methodology, the case studies have delved into understanding the impact of the STEMM Initiatives through student, faculty, and institutional leader’s perspectives and experiences.
Denise is a doctoral student at UCLA in Higher Education and Organizational Change. Her research focuses on institutional and cultural change through STEMM initiatives.
