Jaerika Vega is the Human Resources Generalist at the UCLA Teaching and Learning Center, where she is responsible for consulting with the five units that make up the TLC and serves as a resource on HR functions.
Jaerika graduated from UC Merced in 2021, where she gained valuable experience as an Instructional Services Student Assistant at the School of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts. Her most recent role as an HR and Payroll Specialist at Maxim Healthcare Services allowed her to develop expertise in managing complex payroll systems and employee relations.
Jaerika earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a minor in Psychology from UC Merced. In her free time, Jaerika enjoys exploring new coffee shops and eateries.
