Lucia Tabarez is a Program Analyst at the UCLA Teaching & Learning Center, supporting the Graduate Student Programs and Support unit. She specializes in data gathering, qualitative assessment, project management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring strategic objectives are met. Her role also involves creating surveys, coding open-ended responses, and organizing events to enhance the experience of graduate students and faculty.
Previously, Lucia spent more than 15 years as an Administrative Assistant, providing comprehensive support in project management, data analysis, and communication facilitation.
Lucia holds a bachelor’s degree in English from UCLA. Outside of work, she enjoys film, TV, reading, classic rock, and celebrating Halloween.
