Wednesday February 24 — 12-1pm Pacific – ZOOM — Communicating with Your Students Remotely
This week, we’ll highlight technologies instructors can use to communicate with students and strategies to encourage students to communicate with one another outside of class meetings. We’ll provide some tips and tricks for using CCLE tools, Slack, and Campuswire–and encourage attendees to bring their own tips and tools to share. Continue the conversation with us on Slack by joining the #cat-learn-at-lunch channel on the UCLA Grid!
Check out our website to access our shared Google Drive folder and more information.
About the Learn at Lunch Program: These informal conversations explore strategies to support equitable and effective remote teaching. Bring your most pressing questions, ideas and strategies to share, course materials to workshop with your fellow education leaders, and anything else you’d like to discuss. All faculty, teaching assistants, and instructional support staff are welcome to attend.
