This workshop supports instructors in drafting a course policy on GenAI use that is aligned with their disciplinary learning goals and context. Following an overview of UCLA data on how students are using GenAI, participants will review example syllabus and editorial policies that speak to specific GenAI use cases. Finally, participants will consider their own needs for drafting a discipline-specific GenAI policy.
