Serge is the Director of Infrastructure and Special Projects at the UCLA Teaching and Learning Center. He is responsible for managing the center’s physical footprint and has a role with the Instructional Design and Media Production teams.
His career at UCLA began in 2013 in the Academic Senate office. From there he took a position working with Professor Jan Reiff in establishing UCLA’s Online Teaching and Learning Initiative, which would later become a part of the Teaching and Learning Center. His primary experience has been in operational administration.
Serge earned his bachelor’s degree in English Literary Studies from the University of Houston. He then went on to obtain his MBA in Management and Marketing from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. In his free time, he is usually with his wife and two sons, but in constant pursuit of the next fishing trip.
